Anthony Banua-Simon is an award-winning filmmaker and editor based in New York City. His debut feature, Cane Fire, was a selection of the 2020 Hot Docs International Film Festival as well as the 2021 MoMA Doc Fortnight and is being distributed by Cinema Guild. He’s featured in The New York Times, Jacobin, BOMB and Filmmaker.
