Buy a Ticket Pack for DOC NYC 2020

Ticket Packs are back for 2020!

Secure admission for at a discounted rate per ticket with a 5- or 10-Ticket Pack! It’s easy to buy and to use. First you purchase your Ticket Pack. Then you select which regular films hosted on our festival platform you want to use those tickets on. It’s that simple! Here’s the step-by-step detail.

Step One: Purchase your Ticket Package. If you have not previously purchased DOC NYC tickets or passes before, you’ll be prompted to create a customer profile before completing your purchase.

Step Two: Confirm that you remain logged into your profile; when you click on an active “Buy Tickets” link on any of the DOC NYC film pages, you will see a ticket type called “Ticket Pack Redemption.” Ticket Pack redemption will is available for all regular screenings hosted on our festival where tickets are still available. Ten-Ticket Pack Redemption is not valid or available for sold out shows, Opening Night, Centerpiece and Closing Night screenings, the Visionaries Tribute event or PRO 2020 events.

Step 3: Limit 1 ticket per title. You do not need to select all your screenings at once. If you want to make additional selections later, just reconfirm on your return visit to the DOC NYC website that you are logged into your profile beforehand.

Step 4: To see previous redemptions made with your ticket package, log into your profile to view your account information.

Ticket packs are non-transferable; redeemed tickets can only be accessed by the account the ticket pack and ticket selections are redeemed under.
