OPENING NIGHT HIGHLIGHTS

Yesterday was DOC NYC Opening night US Premiere of Miss Sharon Jones! Director Barbara Kopple, soul singer Sharon Jones and her band The Dap-Kings were all in attendance to introduce the film to NYC audiences.  After the screening, guests celebrated the festival kick-off at Lugo Restaurant at the after-party.
